Day 06: Shimla (Heritage Walk does not operates on Mondays)
This morning walk will definitely enhance your day by bringing to you a deeper insight into this intriguing living legacy of the British Raj. The entire walk would explore the Shimla Heritage Zone. The most imposing and attractive structure include castles, temple, heritage hotels, banks and government offices are the highlights of this walk. They are some of the best examples of British Architecture of the era and reveal the nostalgic history of this once summer capital of the British. Your guide would narrate various interesting stories of the glorious past of Shimla. The walk is sure to leave an indelible imprint upon your heart. Light refreshment during a walk. Christ Church is the most prominent landmark of Shimla and from here the walk extends West towards the Vice regal Lodge. During the walk we could have a remarkable view of the varied European and English architectural styles. Victorian, post Victorian, gothic, Georgian, Tudor, Moc-Tudor, Bavarian, neo, Lyutens, and modern all examples are all there at one place.

Day 07: Shimla
Following a leisurely breakfast, we depart in pursuit of a true natural and cultural experience. We travel to the Royal principality of Dhami through hairpin bends, and undulating terrain that exposes incredible vistas of natural beauty at every twist and turn. Upon arrival at Dhami we would undertake a walk along the Viceroy’s Hunting trail. This is almost a flat walk through a lovely forest offering astounding views of Himalayan peaks. After a walk of three kilometers, we could either continue onwards, or, the car would bring you back to Shimla.
Following the trail, we will visit Arki Palace. Visiting Arki Haveli is like stepping into a bygone era of regal charm and architectural splendor. Nestled amidst the serene hills, this historic haveli exudes a timeless grace, showcasing intricate woodwork, ornate balconies, and majestic arches that transport visitors to the grandeur of the past. As you wander through its corridors, the rich history of the haveli unfolds, revealing tales of erstwhile royalty and the cultural tapestry of the region. The scenic surroundings and the meticulously preserved heritage make Arki Haveli a captivating destination, offering a glimpse into the opulence and cultural heritage of Shimla's yesteryears. It's a delightful experience that seamlessly blends history, architecture, and natural beauty.
Here, we will also indulge in a cooking class with the host family. Participating in a cooking class at Arki Haveli is a delightful immersion into the rich culinary traditions of the region. The haveli, steeped in history and cultural heritage, provides the perfect backdrop for this hands-on experience. Led by skilled local chefs, the class introduces participants to the art of preparing authentic Himachali dishes, from aromatic sidu to flavorful dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. The cooking class not only imparts valuable culinary skills but also offers insights into the cultural significance of Himachali cuisine. You get to engage with the vibrant spices, traditional cooking techniques, and indigenous recipes that have been passed down through generations. The intimate setting of Arki Haveli ensures a personalized and immersive learning experience, making the cooking class a memorable and enriching activity for those looking to explore the flavors of Himachal Pradesh.

Day 08: Shimla / Chandigarh (119 Kms) (03 ½ Hrs Drive) Chandigarh / Delhi (6E 2388 – 1525 / 1625 Hrs)
After breakfast, we will drive to the Chandigarh airport to board your flight to Delhi.
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer you to hotel, Pride Plaza Aerocity.
Overnight at Pride Plaza Aerocity, New Delhi (Deluxe Room) (B)
Day 09: Delhi / Departure
(Though the checkout time is 12 noon, every effort would be made to retain rooms till as late as possible without additional charges – Subject to availability)
In time, transfer you to the international airport to board your onward flight.
