About Phalodi
Situated in between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer district, Phalodi. The city is
well known for salt business, old historical presence, temples and the art
works. Here a lot of migratory birds gather. Watching them circle in noisy,
undulating formations overhead, or stepping gingerly across the sands, has
to be one of the great spectacles of the Thar region. A small village worth
visiting.
